Journal

Legislation

Tracks legislation, rulemaking and public policy related to guardianship and conservatorship issues, disseminates information to membership, and provides representation of MAGiC to decision-making bodies.  Contact Eric Jonsgaard at ejonsgaard@ffcorp.com.

Member Services/Conference

Provides speakers and other programming at events to members throughout the year on issues related to guardianship and conservatorship. This committee also plans and organizes MAGiC's annual Conference. Contact Jeff Schmidt, jschmidt@elderlaw123.com.

Standards

Reviews and makes recommendations for changes to MAGiC’s standards of practice.  This position is open.  Please contact info@minnesotaguardianship.org if you are interested.
